I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. Constant fatigue plagued me, and I was avoiding cameras, struggling to fit into my clothes. Climbing stairs left me gasping for air, and I avoided social outings due to my discomfort with how I looked, which caused me to miss out on a lot of quality time with my family.

Hearing my daughter say "Mom, we can't bear to lose you too", constantly ran through my mind.

It's not like I didn't want to make a change for the better, in fact I had already tried numerous strategies.

Trust me, I've given each one a shot...

The pattern was always predictable. I'd lose some size only to regain it, often with a little extra.
